As the seasons change, we at Laurello Vineyards start the "making of the Ice Wine."
Friends gather grapes in sub-zero weather in the wee hours of the morning. As the dawn
breaks our circle of friends watch the first pressing as we rejoice in the completion of our
journey.
The completion is a taste of last years ice wine and breakfast by the fire. Memories
and wine are made ceremoniously.
