We typically do not accept returns or provide refunds on shipped wine items. If there is a problem with your order at the result of our error, we will however do our best to resolve the issue. WE ARE ABLE TO SHIP WINE WITHIN THE STATE OF OHIO ONLY. OHIO LAW CURRENTLY RESTRICTS SHIPPING OF WINE TO OTHER STATES. We will, however, ship non-wine items, such as shirts, apparel and gift certificates to addresses within the United States.
Wine orders will be fullfilled in 2, 4, 6 and 12-packs only. When making your wine selection, please plan your order accordingly.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
