Christopher (Grand River Valley)
This Bordeaux style of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot is a vertical blend of both 2009 & 2010. It is dedicated to Tim Frania, visionary founder of Fox Hollow Vineyards.
2009 was aged in French Oak barrels for 12 months and 2010 in the same barrels for 6 months. This reserve cuvée is full of cherry and raspberry and black currant with notes of dark coffee. The depth and weight of this wine is remarkable with its backbone of tannin and acid. This wine will be one to age for years to come.
